I'm not having much luck in discovering whether any records of the Beach Institute have survived and if so, where they are located.
Their website gives an email address, but my guess is that they have far too much work with far too few staff to be able to answer email queries, and so mine remains unanswered. And their telephone menus led me in a big circle such that I wasn't quite able to figure out how to reach a live person.
So I beseech once again the wisdom of the gathered body here at Afrigeneas: does anyone know whether any Beach Institute records have survived and, if so, whether and where they may be consulted? We suspect that my wife's grandfather may have been a student there, but aren't sure and will have to wait until the next life to ask him.
Many thanks.
