I can suggest--POST in debt information on every genealogy site you can find. Change the suject line in each one so it will stick out and make someone curious to read it. At 80, only her descendants will be the people to see information on the internet. I have sent information to the local community newspaper where family once lived. Those newspapers may find a neighbor, relative, or somebody who knew the family and pass it on. I request it be placed in the Family Reunion section. Sometimes they charge, but most of the time it's free. I have even wrote WANTED--Cousins I Belong To(with the surnames listed) Give a phone number. Everybody does not have internet access.
A lot of what we write here ends up on the world wide web. That's where some of my lost cousins found my postings. They googled the surname. KEEP YOUR emails Updated. I found family on Ancestry, but the email address was wrong and they had not checked the message board in over a year. NEVER GIVE UP! Talk to the ancestors. Ask for their help. Put the paperwork aside. Work on another family line. But be ready to listen--the door will open when IT'S TIME.
