Thanks for the information on Herman Grantham. I knew that he oved to Chicago early in life and that he died before his mother's death in 1949.

Whenever I travel, I always check to see if there are Granthams listed in the phonebook. Once I met and lived behind a family of Granthams in Midwest City, Oklahoma in 1979. They were from Tennessee. I've been told there is a large clan of Granthams (Black) near the Delta of Miss around Wayne County. Again, thanks for the info.
