John Simon Patterson was my grandfather born about 1875 (Census) in Cumberland County, NC. His parents were William Patterson (b) about 1848 and Fannie Gainey (b) about 1855. William Patterson died 18 June 1918 in Fayetteville, Cumberland County, NC. Fannie Gainey died around 1896, because William Patterson married again in 1897. John Simon Patterson's known brothers were:

Tom/Thomas Patterson (b) 1892

I would like to connect with these brothers families. I believe there were more children of William and Fannie Patterson, but with the 1890 census destroyed there is no way to tell.
