I've been looking for a family group that lived in this town. The surname is Young. Because there are seniors still living who once lived there, I prefer not to give each and every name here on the internet. I want to know if someone could help me find a family group with this surname during these years, on any census. I do realize the 1940 census will be coming out soon, but I always have been able to find a family group I have searched for in any state on a census after 1930, somewhere. In 2000, wikipedia, it said the census counted 130 people. Do you think, they may not have counted this small community in 1930-1940. Somebody give me some guidance here. I have confirmed information that children were born between 1932 and 1939 to this family.
I have looked at other communities in the area by way of wikipedia, and the townships are still small. Laurens, SC is a pretty good size city.
