I am a descendant of the Curtis's (out of Anson County, North Carolina) and the Millings (out of South Carolina) both families having wound up in Georgia. The Curtis's in Pike County, GA. and the Millings in Talbot County, GA. I have copies of many family records which might be helpful to some of you who are trying to trace back your family histories and know that there is a connection with slave masters of the above names and in the above places.
