I would not assume that individuals in your family have lied. It may be that if Francis Parks was elderly when she died, the informant did not give the correct information because they didn't know the correct information. Oftentimes, living relatives can have incorrect information and are not intentionally lying. These misinformations occur in the best of families. It is up to each of us to do our research and find the truth, whatever it is. All in all, we have to do the work and as many who post here can tell you ... it is hard work.
