If anyone has research interests in Princess Anne County, you will definitely want to check out some recent additions to the Internet Archive by the Virginia Beach Public Library. Recently added titles include:
- Princess Anne County minute books : an index to enslaved and free African-Virginians in Princess Anne County - Books 1-5 which covers 1691-1744
- Princess Anne County minute books : an index to enslaved and free African-Virginians in Princess Anne County - Books 6-18 which covers 1744-1801
- Our heritage : Black history : Princess Anne County, Virginia Beach, Virginia : a pictorial history (1998)

The minute books and guardian books are especially noteworthy as they include slave names and owners. Wish I had personal ties to this area just to be able to use them.
I've added links to all of these on the FamilySearch Wiki page for the county at https://wiki.familysearch.org/en/Princess_Anne_County,_Virginia.
