[MS] Cain Loggins

I have a problem here and maybe someone can help me get a little bit of clarity on this matter. Cause things aren't adding up with the family I've been researching.

I have a Cain Loggins 26; said to of been born in 1844 in North Carolina from the 1st census I found him in, Choctaw County, MS, and there's a Jenny 18 and a Sallie 3/12 living with him, also. In 1880 he's 29 and born 1851 according to that census. The 1900 Lodi, Montgomery County, MS census has his age as 65 born May 1835.

The bigger mystery is this Adeline Golden who's supposedly born 25 July 1851 or 1853 and married to Cain on 20 July 1854(Webster County, MS). The problem is her being only 1 or 3yrs old. Children in this 1880 census with her and Cain are: Sallie 1870, William 1872, Allice 1873, Martha 1877 and Jennie 1879. Who are these children?

Also I'm told Cain died in 1870; but there's no record of this. So the children in this census couldn't possibly be his or am I just reading to much into this situation. There's just to many wholes. Any guidance on this will be appreciated.
