Re: [TX] Pimpton-Green-Iglehart Waco

Hello and Welcome.
Our prayers go out to you for strength and comfort.

IF there are times when your Mom wants to talk, listen.
If she wants to listen, talk.
If she wants neither, then just being there is enough.

This got me through my father's illness.
Hope it helps in some small way.

About your request:
I was going to post a census history for Henry, Thomas and Floyd Iglehart of Limestone and McLennan Counties (TX).

Then, I saw a family tree on ancestry for Cleopatra Iglehart Echols, from Limestone County, TX.

The short story:
Cleopatra's mother was the 'step-mother' of Ellen, Henry, Thomas and Floyd Iglehart.
Their father was Henry D. Iglehart, who did not appear to be living by 1900.
I suspect their mother's name was Ellen, however, since Henry is such a popular given name in the family, it is difficult to be certain. Floyd was also used by descendants.

A Floyd W(illiam) Iglehard, born in 1884 (Limestone, TX), died in 1943. His death cert. listed parents as Henry and Ellen Rhinehart Iglehart. Spouse's name was not given, but this Floyd W. may well be the brother of Henry, Thomas, Ellen AND step-brother of Cleo and McKinley (McKinney) Iglehart.

Perhaps this researcher would be a good family resource?
There is strength in numbers.
