Looking for the following obits/death notices in Eastover, Richland County, South Carolina

Winnie (Scott) BRIGGS b1896 in Eastover, Richland County, SC died December 20, 1944 in Eastover, SC

Eliza (Seymore) SCOTT b1879 in Gadsden, Richland County, SC died March 10, 1932 in Charleston but body was returned to Eastover according to death certificate. I am in contact with Charleston County Public Library.

Ruis B. H. SCOTT b abt 1885 in Eastover, Richland County, SC died between 1900 and 1910 based on Elizas’ statement on the 1910 census that she gave birth to 5 and 4 are living.

I have been in touch with the Richland County Public Library so often that they asked a person with the same surname if she was related to the “woman in England” (we discovered that she was). Their records do not have any information and I am hoping that fresh eyes and other means to other sources might be able to help. Thank you in advance for any information or advice provided. I know that Ruis is a long shot due to the lack of better dates. Apols for the length.
