I think that there's been some past discussion of this. I think that the main county was Montgomery which was created in 1871, it had a record loss so that there are no marriage records available prior to 1890 for Montgomery Counnty. There is a possibility that the (estimated) 1871 marriage occured in one of the parent counties or some other county.
