Family Search just uploaded Texas Birth Certificate collection to their database on the Beta site, from the years 1903-1934. The actual images/certificates have been uploaded, you can only browse the certificates, no index included.

A lot of the certificates also include correction certificates, when a person was born and no name was written on the original and little info was given, a second certificate was made to correct the errors or include what's been left out.
