I found the death certificate of my gg grandmother Easter Joiner who died in Baltimore City in 1929, at the age of 89 but on her certificate they have 109 years old. Four years I searched for her death in 5 different counties in Georgia. Around 1922 she migrated with her daughter and her family from Ellaville, Georgia to Baltimore, Md. I would like to know if she had a death notice written in the cities African American newspapers. Also the funeral directory was R.L Parhan or Parham.. based on the writing thats what I come up with. Maybe someone is familar with this funeral home. The burial was called Mt. something??? looks like Mt. Calvary.
