There's one more thing I'd like to add...whatever you can research at home, do not do so on site at the Archives. Time management will become very important. Make your 'to do list' before traveling to a site. I made that mistake a couple of times and started finding information on the last day before leaving. Do a search on the surrounding area of the Archives before traveling. The Archive Library, will be happy to send you list of hotels and restaurants close by. And some will give you discounts if the reason you are using their hotel is about the archives. Something is better than nothing. Make sure the library will be open on the days and hours you will be there. They celebrate holidays also, some areas have special days of closing. Have fun!!!
