Patrice, Interesting, the FamilyHistory101 website does indicate that there are some "limited" state census's for those years but the LDS FHC does not list any censuses in their statewide catalog for South Carolina. So I searched the online catalog for the South Carolina state Archives for keyword "census" and found census's for a couple of counties, Aiken and Union. I did not look at a lot of pages from such a general search but it might make sense to email a query to the archives for the counties you are researching.
