I have not found a directory, but have found ministers names in county records of where they were licensed. Some were in marriage books, some were in land record books.

Because of the way that Baptist churches are organized, there is no central authority in the Baptist church. Each church is independent, so there may not be a directory of their ministers, especially if it's a small town or rural community church.
