Well it just so happens one of her brother's, found my family tree and was able to talk to a male sibling who finally remembered some facts. BUT I would like to know exactly what the newspaper said, because there may be some names in the column that will one day mean something.
Story is--She was visiting a friend, who's home had bars all around to keep out the riff raff. Well Someone in that household had stolen something from someone and the arsenist decided to avenge it. There was a fire bomb thrown through a window. Everyone including Margaret's baby died of smoke inhalation or worse. Margaret died after she went back in to rescue her baby. I remember there was a closed casket, but as usual the story was not accurately told.
I was hoping an Ed L Jones or William Hunt may have been someone she was visiting. They were listed as members of her grgrandfather's family group in 1900 Tipton TN. This was 9 Jun 1975 when she died.
I find that sometimes around a anniversary date of a event, ex. birthday, marriage, death's something for my family research POPS UP. Weird!!
