Looking for information on the families of any people of color in Surry County, VA between 1650-1750. Ancestors may have been considered FPOC. I am mostly interested in families who were living near or were in contacted with the Charity family. Some of those surnames were Banks, Scott, Monroe, Blizzard and Jordan. Wondering if anyone might have some slave info or wills and estate inventories of these families. Thanks.
