I don't have the answer you seek but the cemetery is on find-a-grave.com. It list 918 entries. I'm sure that is far short of the total number of persons buried there. I can only make some common sense suggestions but there is a cemetery forum here:

1. Email some of the people documenting the cemeteries gravites at http://www.findagrave.com/index.html .

2. Email the someone in the Reference Dept of the Montgomery Public Library.
