Finding marriage records can sometimes be tough unless there is a state wide database. I assume you've checked the IRAD database online and didn't find what you wanted. Something seems familiar about these people to me. I seem to recall a recent post about them. I recall trying to figure out if your Presley Williams from Kentucky was the same one that served in the Civil War. The LDS FHC catalog list films for marriage records for Pulaski County. You could try that but I'm skeptical if you wrote the county clerk and asked for a certificate for the couple in 1906, they should have found a certificate.
