As I do my research on the House Family, I also need those folks connected with a rural part of Rowan County, n.C. known as Gold Hill. Gold Hill is about 15 miles from the county's seat of Salisbury, and from Gold Hill there are names like House, Heilig, Morgan, Shad, Strawder, Timms, Reid, and Crowell and Cuthbertson.
