The place that has a copy of the Yearbook you seek is The Charles Sumner School. It is the Archives for the DC Public Schools and I have checked for you and they do have a copy. The contact person is Kimberly, 202.442.6055. She did say that it is possible to make copies, and depending on how fragile the book, it might be necessary to take a photo. I don't know if there is a charge or if they would be willing to make a photo, because she was talking like she was expecting me to come into the school. So, if it is needed, I would be glad to help you with this. However, we have had a snow storm in DC and it might be after Christmas before I would be able to get down there. Hope this is helpful.
