I am looking for leads on a Bunker Hill Plantation in Wilkinson County, MS. Just a bit of background. My gg grandmother Roxie Earls is buried at this location. Until recently I presumed it was a cemetery. During a recent trip to the Wilkinson County Chancery clerk, I came across it in the Plantations Index there. It was purchased by an oil exploration company about 25 years ago. I have been unable to locate any information about this place online. If any Mississippi researchers have heard of this location and know something about it, please post on this thread. I'm trying to get some bits of information for a research trip I will be taking in November of this year.
