Bishop Arnett was also Pastor of St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Urbana, Ohio. He was the Pastor during the writing the Centennial A.M.E. Anniversary Booklet for the St. Paul A.M.E. Church (1876) during his time at St. Paul in Urbana, Ohio.
