As much as I'd like to give my home state a lot of credit, there are others out there that do as well or better, though as you cited, Oklahoma is not one of them. West Virginia, Georgia and Missouri among others have actual certificates online. Chicago has a similar offering as Louisiana but the cost to get the actual documents is a little too high for me ($15). I do like what Louisiana has done given that they are only charging $5 for a copy of the certificates.
