I'm researching the family name of Raphael( spelling varies). my family is mainly from the St. James and St. John Parishes of Louisiana. This is the info that i have.

Jean Baptiste Raphael born about 1804 in Louisiana, died 12/1879. Jean Baptist Raphael ( this is possibly the before mentioned Jean Baptiste Raphael's son, they worshipped at the same church, per archdiocese records) Married to Mary Amelie Martin. Parents of Joseph b.1872, Pierre b. 1873,Ernest b.1879, Felix b. 1875, and Mary (Amelie)b.1877

Any info you have will help. I really need 1930 census info.
