Some cities/villages i.e.; Ocean Springs have Educable Children records into the 1920's. These records can be used to fill in the gap that the 1890 (missing) census may have provided. I was able to make a connection with one g-aunt born after 1880 but married before 1900 to my gg-grandparents.
