Typically, the certificates I’ve received included:

Street Address
Birth date and location
Death date and location
Marital status and spouse
Father’s name and location
Mother’s maiden name and location
Informant
Undertaker and burial place
Cause of death, any contributing illness, length of illness, hospital
Attending physician or coroner
etc.

Not all the fields are filled in all of the time and sometimes the informant provided incorrect information. For example, my GG Grandfather was ~95 when he died. The informant didn’t know where my GGG Grandfather was born but he did get his name right. Nevertheless, the documents are very helpful.
