I'm researching a gentleman by the name of John Rubin Savage from Snow Hill, Alabama. He started
a school in my community back in the early 1900's which was later named J. D. Thompson High School. He also started a post office here. He died in 1910.

I would appreciate any information you can provide. He was a great man to give so much of his time to help others.
