We have something in common. I don't have a library card from the Columbus Public Library. But I do have one from my local, main and public library. I believe I requested a few obituaries within the last year and I did it online, with my card, through Interlibrary Loan or ILL. It really isn't a loan per se and it seems strange but it worked. I haven't requested an obituary lately but I hope that if I need an obituary and I find it through the abstracts I can still do it online through my local, main and public library with ILL. I hope they still allow for gathering obituaries in this manner.

I asked because I didn't want to assume that you had tried this with your local library and the Columbus Public Library.
