Yep, It's the same here! I also have to reconcile spelling and dates. I can understand 1 to 3 year differences but 10 years between the birth year, with the corect day and month! Thank goodness that PAF will prompt me for a possible error even if my data is correct. With Ancestry's new merge techniques of adding whole family members from a historical record, including children & siblings, I have to really look at spellings and dates. I have a Jeremiah C Barnette in Pink Hill, Lenoir NC, that has different records as Jerry Barnett, and J Barnet...etc and his second wife, Willie Foy, Willie Mae Foy, Willie Ann Foy as male in one record and female in anothers. Looking at the actual image does not help. Is it an M of F? Is it Violet, Vilet or Viola Green(e)?

I can't wait till I return to my Vause's, Gooding's, Dove's and Whitfield's DCs for research. They are all married to each other and have the same given names passed down through the generations. Where is Jadie Dove after 1924 or Tecumsah Vause in 1930? ...just thinking out loud and having a Senior moment!
