Jerome Belser was of West Indian descent, born in Jefferson County, or Birmingham Alabama, in 1892. He worked mostly as a chef on a variety of trains. He lived much of his life in Cleveland, Ohio until his death in 1967. He was married to a Felicia House in Asbeville, North Carolina in 1926. They had three daughtersborn to them. Anyway, he had a brother named Saul or Solomon also of Ohio. Is there anyone there who may have knowledge of the Belser family, related or otherwise, and who just may be a part of Cleveland Ohio.
