[PA] help with PA death certificate

() My ggg-uncle's 1937 PA death certificate gives his race as "mixed white" . I've shown this to several other researchers . None of them have ever come across this classification before . Has anyone else ever encountered this classification ? I'm dying to know as some family members and I have long suspected that our family is biracial . Please help .----Maggie
