Unfortunately, the LVA VA Death Indexing Project is one of the projects that was stopped last year because of budget cuts (along with staff cuts and closing on Mondays). Hopefully in time it will be re started. Please note that in VA as in many other states and counties, not all deaths were recorded for this time period for either black or white folks.
