These are Vital Records (Birth, Marriage, Death) and none of the vital records would be at the National Archives. They have the records that have been produced at the Federal or "National" level. Marriage records are usually kept at the County level, but "may" also be found at the state level. Birth Records are generally kept at the state level. Try some of the Texas state websites, like their state archive or Texas GenWeb, etc. There is a website http://www.Vitalrec.com which can tell you for each state where to order copies of vital records. They also offer a couple of ways to get copies. 1. Download and print the appropriate form and mail it with your check to the authority that provides that record. 2. Attention!! $$$$ You can do the whole thing online, but be aware that it costs more $$ to do it that way.
