NOTICE.
Taken up and comitted to the jail of
Cabarras County, on the 8th day of September, 1861
a negro boy who says his name is NEP, in Edgecombe County
NC. Said boy is about 30-35 yrs old, quite dark, 5'10 or 11 inches high and
very sensible.
The owner will come forward, prove .property, pay
charges and take him away, or he will be dealt with as the
law directs.
