NOTICE
Taken up and committed as runaways, on the 30th of May, 1860,
to jail of Cumberland County, two negroes, EDWARD and GABRIEL,
who say they belong to PETER FOSTER, of Martin Co. Edward is about 40 yrs old
5'8 inches high and weighs 145 lbs.;Gabriel is about 48 yrs old 5'7 inches high
weighs about 145 lbs; had on when taken up light jersey coat and pants.
The owner is requested to come for
ward, prove property, pay charges,and take him away, or
he will be dealt with as the law directs.
