Notice,-STATE OF NORTH-CAROLINA.-
FRANKLIN COUNTY.

A Runaway slave, named LISH, who formerly belonged
to Major Terrell, of this county, but now says he belongs
to a Mr. COLEMAN, of Mobile, Alabama,is confined in
Jail in this place. The owner is notified to come forward,
comply w i t h the law, and take him out. Lish seems to
about thirty-four or five years old, mulatto color, weighs
about 145 pounds, is hump shouldered, and thinly clad.
