It's the only way to go for most researchers. I've used her service many times. I think her service is excellent and she's been very reliable. She doesn't live in Montgomery so has to drive a distance to get the copies so turnaround can vary. The last price I knew she was charging was dirt cheap. The other choices are to go to the state, which was at least $15 a pop or the LDS FHC that might cost even more and take longer much longer than the state.
