Hi,
I am looking for any information from McKenzie, McKinney and variations who lived in Gilmer Co. or Fannin Co., GA between 1800 and 1880. My greatgrandfather, William McKenzie b. 1852 was living in Harrison, TN in 1880. I haven't been able to located him in the census prior to this date and suspect he and his family might have a connection to Gilmer and Fannin counties.
