Thanks and a BIG hug to Mariah.

Mariah found my William Adams in the 1868 City Directory for the City & County of Sacramento, CA. on page 84. He is listed as a 'colored' job wagonner, living at the Golden Eagle Hotel @ 189 K street on the corner of N & 25th street.

I intend to print the entire 300+ page directory to see what other 'goodies' I may find. Perhaps the cemetery where William may have been buried following his death in 1871 is listed.

I owe Mariah BIG TIME.
