I have read all the instructions to obtain a 1922 Texas birth certificate, person now deceased. However I am very apprehensive about sending photo copy of my valid driver's licenses.

It is impossible to get LIVE assistance. Is there someone from the TXAfrigeneas grp that could advise me?
