Death of Mrs. Sibbie Knott

Mrs. Sibbie Knott, widow of Elijah Knott, of the Fourth District of Anderson County passed away, October 23, 1925 after a brief illness. She was one of the highly respected colored people of this county, where she has lived more than fifty years.

She is survived by five sons and a daughter. The boys live in Michigan and Pennsylvania, the girl also living in the later state. They were all home for the funeral and will be here for a week looking after their affairs.
