Sylvania, Ga., July 19.--Ending a two days' pursuit, a mob during last night took Evan Roberts, a negro, from Constable C.V. Reggs, in the lower part of this county, strung the negro up to the limb of an oak tree and poured at least 500 bullets into his body.
