Yep, we have that Saunders connection thru Ruth Saunders Stoner. Your uncle was probably working at one of the steel mills along the Monongahela River. Weren't most of your Saunders from Washington, PA area?

Toni, When I came online back in 1996 there were many good mailing lists. 2 were the Fayette County list and the Pennsylvania mailing lists. This was prior to Rootsweb taking over. Check out
