I do not see any ADGER surnames on the petition. However, it does state after all named petitioners "...children of public school age,eligible for elementary and high school education in the public schools of School District # 22, Clarendon County, SC, their parents, guardians, and next friends respectfully present..." .

Very inclusive wording.
