I have some posst about my look ups for Slave Births if the owneres names started with AB or C on the Slave Forum.

I looked up your CHILDS/CHILES spellings and IF the owners could have been been named...

Ed C Chiles
Edmond C Chiles
Edrid Chiles or Louisa Chiles we may have a winner!

If so, there is a real chance that one of the births may have been in your family.

Do any of these family given names ring a bell?
