According to the LDS information at familysearch.org a marriage certificate exists or some type of information for them to give their names, ages and date of marriage. The batch# is listed and is included with marriages 1883-1887 in Jefferson County Arkansas. You can contact your local LDS library and order the information. I have found numerous marriage/death and birth information through the LDS.
