Hello Family,

Just getting back into the swing of things after almost a year. Finally got a laptop. Lots of catching up to do. Interesting to see the name Lewis Balaam. I think he may be related to my Balaams from Dallas County. Another Balaam was killed (originally saw both names on a lynching list. The other Balaam was 94 or so. Can't remember the name, but believe he would be the brother of Alexander Balaam who was my ggrandfather, Willie Lewis - my grandmother's father, whose parents were John and Margaret Lewis. My grandmother was Hattie Lewis from Perry County and my grandfather was Isaac Underwood also from Perry County. Need to find out who Lewis Balaam's mother was. Think the other name was Joshua Balaam.
